A few years ago, during a much simpler time without social media or the rampant use of the internet, children were often seen playing with their friends under the scorching afternoon sun. And as the night transpires, they would have the biggest grin on their faces when their favorite television shows came on. The International Emmy-nominated fantaserye “Super Inggo” was at the top of every child’s list back then.
So, we call out to every “Super Inggo” fans out there for a nostalgia trip! Our childhood superhero, Budong recently reunited with his “pambansang bestfriend,” Pareng Jomar! Former child actor Makisig Morales was seen having a good time with his “Super Inggo” co-star, Jairus Aquino, who is currently a teen actor and a MYX Philippines VJ. Makisig posted a photo on Twitter and challenged his followers’ creativity to produce a caption for the photo. Meanwhile, Jairus opted to share their snaps on Instagram.
He expressed how much it was a fun night for him. He penned: “(swipe) Super Inggo x Pareng Jomar ganyang ganyan talaga si pareng budong at jomar hahaha! [laughing with tears emoji] it’s nice to see you again brother, great night! salamat sa mahabang kwentuhan, tawanan at lokohan!”
Makisig Morales first appeared on the television as a contestant in the “Little Big Star” singing competition in 2005. Jairus Aquino, on the other hand, started his career as a commercial model at the early age of 4. Since then, the two former child stars have grown up tall, handsome, and quite muscular! Who would have thought these once cute kids would turn out so fine? Time flies so fast! After taking a showbiz hiatus, Makisig will make his showbiz comeback next year with the show “Bagani” with Liza Soberano, Enrique Gil, Matteo Guidicelli and Sofia Andres.
