"Pinach*pa niya po yung t*t* niya sakin." Raffy Tulfo Receives Hate After Mishandling Complaint

"Pinach*pa niya po yung t*t* niya sakin." Raffy Tulfo Receives Hate After Mishandling Complaint

Usually, Raffy Tulfo gains the agreement and admiration of netizens for the complaints he handles in his public service show, Wanted sa Radyo. This time, however, many netizens were disappointed with the way he heard the complaint of this military applicant who was allegedly abused by a Philippine Army colonel in exchange for assistance.

Alger Sanchez sought the help of Raffy Tulfo’s show so he could air out his complaint about Colonel Rogelio Migote of Philippine Army’s Deputy Human Rights Office. According to Sanchez, he was introduced to Migote by his uncle, a former officer of the army.

He was promised help in his application to become a soldier in training, but in exchange, Sanchez testifies, Migote asked for s*xual favors like hand jobs and oral s*x. At the beginning of the radio show, Tulfo seemed to be laughing at Sanchez’s complaint, and reduced his grievance to him being a ‘segurista,’ making it look like Sanchez was only speaking up because he wants to be assured that he will be accepted as a trainee officer.

The young man, on the other hand, reveals he couldn’t forget the horrors he experienced on Migote’s whim. Instead of castigating the colonel, Raffy Tulfo directed his sermon on Sanchez, reprimanding him for going the “easy way in” to become a soldier. He even told the young man he didn’t deserve to be a soldier at all.

“Bakit mo naman kasi pinuta ang sarili mo? Mali ka din doon. ‘Yung sisi, hindi mo pwedeng ibuntong sa kanya lahat, kasi gusto mo ma-skip ‘yung proseso, katamaran ‘yan. Hindi ka gumaya sa iba na dumadaan sa butas ng karayom.” After a while, Tulfo even went as low as victim-blaming the complainant, suggesting he must have wanted the s*xual experience, too, as he willingly engaged in it. “Bakit ka pumayag? Bakit mo naman sinubo ‘yung ari nitong Colonel? Baka kagustuhan mo rin kasi,” Tulfo said, sharing laughs with the Colonel in question. You may see it on the source below:
