Yesterday, pre-nup photos of Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia taken in Ethiopia were released to the public. Unfortunately, the couple did not forsee that these photos would be a subject of bash and hate online. Setting the negativities on side, one netizen brought the issue on a brighter side after noticing one of Coleen Garcia's wardrobe worn on their Ethiopian pre-nup shoot. What was it? Facebook page Pinoy Hugot and Stories, posted a particular photo of Billy and Coleen of their shoot in Ethiopia where Coleen is wearing a cape with bohemian inspired prints.
The Facebook page funnily compared Coleen's wardrobe with their bed sheet which was bought from Divisoria and jokingly claimed that this piece from Coleen's wardrobe was also bought in Divisoria. Despite the purpose of just taking the issue to the lighter side, many netizens again reacted and found the post or the one who originally posted it immature. Meanwhile, others got the joke and the point of uploader of the photo. Last night, Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia broke their silence and released their statement through ABS-CBN News. According to the couple, their post was taken out of context.
They did not intend to offend anyone especially the locals in Ethiopia as they only did the shoot to promote the country which was sponsored by Ethiopian Airlines. Furthermore, the couple also told in their statement that the locals were not part of the frame when they started the shoot but their tour guide told them that they wanted to include the locals in the frame in which the locals were also willing to contribute and help out in the shoot. The couple revealed that the said shoot in Ethiopia is not their official prenup photos yet as they are still preparing for their last shoot which will take place here in the Philippines.
