This past weekend in Thailand, a young fighter felt the full impact of a well-placed elbow to the head.

In this case, the aftermath was a horrifying skull fracture. It looks incredibly painful. Oddly enough, perhaps it was the adrenaline pumping, but the fighter did not realize he was hurt.
